I made reservation on your web site hotel in London The Blair Victoria Hotel booking id *********. I came to the hotel late with my family after ** houres journey so we were very tired. Room which we got was in terrible conditions. On walls were mold, and the plaster was falling down in the few places. Room was in basment and there was a moisture. The heating was not working instead of this was one old heater which fortunatelly worked. Floor panels were swollen. Bathroom door frame was rotten. The room which i chose from your web site for sure was different of where i had to sleep with my family. I called to you on date of my arrival and i was assure that somebody contact me the next day (friday) and help me but nobody called me back. I want refund *** % of what i paid. For me i feel cheated. I also talked to a manger of hotel but he was rude and unpleasant. I said that i pickd such room and if i do not like it i can go somewhere else. I have pictures and movie from the room which i can send to you.
