Complaint regarding treatment of guest by hotel staff **We had a terrible experience while check-in at this hotel ,and we would like a refund. The hotel caused great inconvenience to an elderly gentlemen for whom I had booked the room through the website AGODA. **The guest reached at * am, which was before check-out. He not extended the courtesy of being given a room early. Rather he was not even allowed to use the lobby to wait and was also not given access to a washroom. He was treated rudely by the hotel staff and mistreated. Due to mistreatment by the staff, we had to leave the hotel. **This is completely unacceptable behaviour for a hotel and we expect a refund on our booking.
