Regarding booking ID’s ********* & *********. Reservations for Sabang Luxury Room at the Sheridan Beach Resort & Spa on Feb. **-** **** & Feb. **-** ****. The Sheridan Resort has advised that I am only booked for a Delux room on these booking ID’s & not the Sabang Luxury room. The Resort also said that I need to follow up with the travel agency I booked through. The Resort also confirmed they only have one type of room that contains the word Sabang. So either there was a mistake getting me the proper room or your website had incorrect information. Please look into this as I want the Sabang suite as advertised. I’m also past a point of finding comparable rooms as most resorts have are no longer available on my requested dates. You can reach me via phone or email.
