I would like to complaint about the experience of my unsuccessful booking through Agoda App (Ref.*********). I put through all the bank card detail and tried to book the hotel in Seoul on *******. The payment didn’t go through, then there’s a box popped out for suggestion of rebooking. I clicked to proceed, and realized that the condition (refundable vs non refundable) and the price are different from what I have chosen. **I think the prompt of suggestion is misleading and confusing. If the payment is unsuccessful, aren’t you request to enter the payment again or go back to the booking page instead of prompting a box for something else that is not what the customer wants. It’s pointless to pop out that box of suggestion. **Now I have booked the hotel with higher price and it is non refundable! This is not what I want, it’s totally unacceptable!!!! **I would like Agoda to remove this suggestion prom even the payment has not gone through.
