Hey there, my name is Rachel herzog I have booked a room through your company in Ko Samui, Thailand at Everest Resort, my confirmation ID is *********. We had booked a week there and I have paid $***.**. Once we got there we were laying in the bed and noticed we were extremely itchy everywhere, my boyfriend then realised that there were bed bugs all over, we took photos and if need I can send them. We talked to our host and she had explained to contact you guys regarding this refund. We had paid *** bath through a cab to get to our new hotel for the week. We have now paid $** to get to a new hotel which has now cost us more then we wanted which has now been $**.**. For the couple nights here. We are currently washing all our clothing and bags in the shower and for Christmas this couldnt be worse.
