Booked a room through Agoda to pay at the hotel at check in*and despite the fact that at the time of booking they assure*that my credit card details will be use just to guarantee the booking. *I checked in at the hotel and paid for the room at front desk, but because i found out there was an issue with the room itself, (for which the hotel was not able to resolve) and since there was no other room available for that day, the front desk staff honestly offered to refund me which i accepted and check into a another nearby hotel.**The same evening received an email from this bunch of unprofessional peoples called themself Agoda, charging my credit card for "no show" plus cancellation fees, when in fact i did check-in at the hotel, but it was NO fault of mine that there was an issue with the room booked on that day and the hotel was not able to offer an alternative accommodation as the hotel was fully booked.**Tried to contact Agoda numbers, email their customer service with no joy, which i am not surprise at all.**I would like Agoda to honor their claim of no charging my credit card*at the moment of online booking,*if i choose to pay at the hotel and refund me.
