Agoda has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. All they do is ignore emails, and cannot be reached by phone.

I am trying to cancel some reservations made through Agoda due to health issues with our ** year old aunt. She was to make a trip with us, however she has developed a serious health issue and cannot travel. Since we take care of her, we cannot travel either. ... This is the fourth email I have sent. I have not heard back from anyone yet. Our booking number, ********** has been cancelled due to our ** year old aunt having health issues(she has fallen * times in the past two weeks). We have asked for refund, credit to use later or whatever, and have heard nothing back. We have a doctor's letter stating that she cannot travel for safety reasons. Could someone please get back to us. We sent our first email a week ago, and have also tried calling, but to no avail. Is the customer service always this poor, or is just an anomaly? Aunt has these health issues. They ignore our emails and phone calls.
Credit funds back to credit card. We don't mind a fair cancellation fee, but when no one responds to our emails or phone calls, we feel we are being ignored. What reputable company does that?

Four emails, numerous phone calls. Emails have not been replied to, and the phone only allows automated responses (cannot get a real person on the line)
