Cpmplaint on the Stay in Hong Kong, room booking no: **********Last * digit card usage : ******Dear Agoda Customer Service Team,**I write this complaint on the above said booking check in date * December and check out date * December **** at New Prince Hotel, Mong Kok, Hong Kong. The room booked is supposed a family room can accomodate with * pax including * adult & * childrens as promised by Agoda. Unfortunately we have been given a room with * beds only can fit up to * pax. When ask the reception * property onwner has mention their only has a family room that can occupied for * pax and they wonder how Agoda can accept the booking for up to * persons. After showing the booking receipt clearly stated my booking room and number of person the property owner has made a phone call to Agoda **H customer service twice but the ettempt has resulted with no pick up.*We have no choice but have to check in the room as all of the room are fully booked and payment has been made.**It was not conveniance indeed for * of us to stay * nights in the small * pax bedroom!**We are very disappointed with Agoda for not given the correct room booking to suit our requirement in Hong Kong and it was even worst when your customer service team are not pick up the phone althought after few attempts during check in for clarification.**I want to get compensation* refund from agoda for * pax rate equavalent made from my total booking of * nights.**We look forward to your feedback on this complaint.**Thank you.**Mustazah Mohamed
