Dear GetHuman, we have a current booking to check-in on the *th Dec Saturday. However, due to unforseen circumstances, we would like to request for a check-in one day later on the *th Dec Sunday instead. We have called up the hotel directly and was informed that they are alright with the change and that there are rooms available. However, as the booking is done via agoda, the change has to be initiated by Agoda. We have been trying to get through agoda with three **min long wait on each call with to no avail. Would really like to have some assistance on this please. Thank you!
GetHuman-winterfl did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-winterfl fixed the problem
We called the hotel directly to check if the booking can be changed on their ends. We then called the local agoda number (was put on hold for ** minutes though), told them of our problem, while also informing them that the hotel has checked and agreed. Agoda was then really quick to help us resolve the problem by contacting the hotel and make the necessary changes.
