My flight got cancelled and I had to amend my two hotels that were booked through Agoda. After waiting an hour and ** mins on hold I got through to a lady (Jesse) who was able to tell me she can mend the first two nights accomodation free of charge. This was good news. The second hotel however she couldn’t get in contact with so she said she will try them in an hour and call me back. She never called me back. The next morning I check my bank account. Agoda have taken all my holiday money ($***)... apparently the amended booking wasn’t free? This is a mistake and I’m now furious, broke and on hold again to get a refund organised and the second hotel amended. No authorisation was given to take money out of my account. Disgusting.
