The issue in GetHuman-chtey's own words
I received a email pertaining to the promotion of Hilton Hotel in Niseko from Agoda. I login in to the Agoda Web and selected the booking. Accordind to emai, there is free cancellation for the booking and also there is promotion discount shown after we pressed the booking button. After I pressed the book and pay now button, the transaction was immediately enforced and the gone through without asking our reconfirmation. I have immediately proceed with my cancellation as I just wanted to checked the prices before made the decision. The booking was successfully cancelled but later I received a message from Agoda informing that the booking was cancelled but no refund will be made to me. The booking ID is *********. I do not understand how can the cancellation was done but no refund is provided. My question: Have I been charged? if I want to speak to Agoda person incharged, How should I do?
