The issue in GetHuman-abclemen's own words
We booked a hotel in Bangkok Thailand through Agoda for * nights, checking in on November **. That same day our flight to get to Bangkok on Nov ** became unavailable so we had to take book a flight for Dec *. Because of this we need to move our check in date at the hotel in Bangkok to Dec *. However the hotel has a strict cancelation policy that does not allow modifications to the reservation. We want to stay at this hotel but cannot afford to pay for days we will not stay when it was out of our control for being unable to check in on the originally booked date. *We contacted the hotel and they said we need to contact Agoda. Please help.
