Help with my Agoda issue

The issue in GetHuman-jaigopal's own words
My booking reference is *********. I booked for Parakatta Resorts from ** to ** Aug ****. However due to floods in Kerala, particularly in Kochi and Munar all flights were cancelled from ** Aug onwards. I tried speaking to your customer care on the same date but could not. However, I spoke to the concerned hotel and got the booking cancelled. He confirmed me the money will be refunded to me in my credit card through which the payment was made. However, as I did not receive the refund so far, I spoke to them today again. They informed me to speak to Agoda directly and they can not help me in this regard. More over as the hotel and airport had closed down due to floods, and guest did not arrive in the hotel, no money was paid by Agoda to them.* In view of the above and keeping in view that booking could not be used due to flood a natural calamity, may I request you to refund my booking amount without any penalty to me at the earliest and confirm.**Col Jai Gopal**Mob No **********
