Nothing.
Giving me full refund as Polaris has agreed to give me full refund. Because I have paid them full by cash.
I am new customer in agoda and this is the first time I booked through here. Overall Agoda has good reputation that is why I trust for booking through here.
Calling Agoda centre in Korea(where I am right now) but I cannot speak Korean. So I dont know how to approach. I have sent email but the email can’t be sent.
