The issue in GetHuman-birdcall's own words
Agoda charged me twice for a booking for one room. My booking number is *********. The hotel, Lloyed Hotel, immediately remedied the situation on their end by sending a message to Agoda confirming I had only requested one room for one night, October *th. Agoda has no way to contact them, no person to speak with, and the phone service keeps hanging up on me. This is fraud. I am requesting immediate service before I contact authorities.
GetHuman-birdcall did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
