Help with my Agoda issue

I booked * rooms thru Agoda with * booking ID but have to shorten the stay for * of the rooms. If I change date on "manage my booking" it will affect both rooms. Pls advise as I do not want to be charged for room I will not be using and I have no chance to make a correction on my account on Agoda( no option for my case) or make a call as there are no numbers given for changes as my case. I have emailed Agoda but received no confirmation on the changes. Property says have to go through Agoda since the booking was done through it. Time is running out for free cancellation due *******. Hope to hear a promising reply soon.

I continued with my extra day. I did not dare risk my rooms in the cancellation snd rebook processbon a full hotel but Agoda did call the hotel and let them know my case. Was assured a quick rebook should be successful but the ladt day of *free cancellation was already due by the time I got note of the assurance.
