I was trying to book a * bedroom apartment for the advertised price of $***.** per night - but when the hotel received the booking, somehow the site had replaced the room with a studio apartment. It is NOT the deal I asked for and I WANT IT FIXED! ... I booked a * BEDROOM APARTMENT at Quest Woolloongabba (Brisbane) today at a cost of $***.** Aus. (special price of **% discount on your site). (Booking number ***-***-***-**). When the booking went through it showed the room booked was a STUDIO APARTMENT but for the same price. I called the hotel to check the booking and they told me it had gone through as a studio apartment at $*** Aus. What went wrong - and why am I being charged for a * bedroom apartment but am getting a studio apartment? Can someone fix it PLEASE! I want a * bedroom apartment for the price of $***.** as I have been charged. I have taken photos of the screen that clearly show the deal being offered, and what I believed I had paid for. Something is sadly wrong with your site today - as well as the muck up with the room, it hasn't even generated the confirmation email yet and i made this booking (and checked its validity at the hotel) over an hour ago as I write this email.

I chose a deal and clicked on it in full trust that it would come out right at the other end (the hotel) but - it has taken the amount I chose but given me the WRONG room. It gave me a studio apartment when I booked a * bedroom apartment.

Just changing the booking to a * bedroom apartment for the same price I have been charged - AS THIS WAS THE DEAL I CHOSE IN THE FIRST PLACE!

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and have booked through Agoda before. Never had any problems before this.
