Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-weeniega a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-weeniega's own words
I made booking through Agoda on August **, **** and August **, **** with Agoda Booking ID ********* and ********* respectively. I received an email from Agoda hours after my booking saying "that my booking was not completed due to an expected system error. **I understand that the booking was not confirmed. But I checked with my bank and both bookings were already charged in my credit card. Why was it charged even if the booking was not completed and was not confirmed?
GetHuman-weeniega did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
