Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-maisuhai a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-maisuhai's own words
Hi Agoda, i already make a booking for Josh Hotel on ** to ** September **** (* Nights). My booking ID is *********.*I just received an email mention this:**" In regards to your MayBank*U payment for your booking JOSH Hotel from September **, **** to September **, ****, your payment was not approved by MayBank*U. As such your booking request could not be confirmed and has now been cancelled. "**but i check my account already deducted.*RM ***.***reference : **************** *********MOLPAY**Kindly need your cooperation to solve this problem.**Thank you
