Dear Agoda team,**With regards to Agoda booking reference ********* for The Hideaway Resort Pattaya (Hotel ID *******), I was informed by channel manager* Vertical Booking that they have not received this booking from Agoda.**Could you please help us investigate why this booking was not synced to channel manager?**Channel Manager insists that we have to check with Agoda only as they have no any information for this issue.**Thank you in advance for your support.
