The Manager,**Greetings! I would like to get your assistance with regard to a booking I made to Yotel Singapore through Agoda. My booking reference is ********** which is for two Premium Queen rooms for four persons from August **-** (*days). I initially planned to spend a week long vacation in Singapore with two of my aunts who are based in the USA. A few days after I had booked our flight and hotels one of my aunts, Lourdes Christiansen was rushed to the hospital after passing out on her way to lunch. It has been a week since she was discharged from the hospital but she says that she is not up to a week-long holiday. She has agreed to join us for three days which is from Aug **-**. **In this regard, I would like to request to adjust the booking of one room to Aug **-** instead of from Aug **-**. My friend and I would be pushing through with our original plans and look forward to your kind consideration that we would be able to adjust the booking and refund part of the payments made for Aug **-**.**We have been looking forward to this holiday and did not foresee this unfortunate health issue derailing our plans.
