Hello Agoda,*I have emailed previously on ** July ****, ** August and again today ** August ****, regarding a booking I made on ** July **** where I did not receive a confirmation email with a booking number.**I have notified Agoda that I would like to cancel this booking but due to the fact that I didn't receive a confirmation email I don't have a booking number and there are no bookings showing up in my online profile either so I can't make contact on the phone or cancel the booking through my online account. I had until the ** September **** to cancel this booking and not be charged a cancelation fee.*****I would like to CANCEL my booking for:**Breakfree Beachpoint - Surfers Paradise**In on **.**.**** out on **.**.**** for a * bedroom apartment. *****Even though I never recieved a booking confirmation, I have rung the hotel direct to be advise that there is an online booking made in my name. **********Please contact me on **** *** *** ASAP to confirm this booking has been cancelled. *****Thank you **Suzie Bramham
