I booked at Westgate Las Vegas through you. *Recently, I couldn't remember if I had booked and checked my e-mails for a confirmation letter. There was none so I assumed I hadn't actually booked. I then went ahead and booked with another hotel.*Today I see the name Westgate came up on my phone. I google it and see that it is a hotel. I email them asking if I have a booking with them. They immediately confirm this. I go back and look for your confirmation letter and there is NONE. Because of this I have booked another hotel. *I expect my money that I have paid to the hotel to be returned to my credit card even though it is no cancellation as this happened because you didn't send me a confirmation letter. I can prove it as I can sen you my inbox of all the other emails you have sent me over the years of me being a customer of yours. *Failing to fix this problem with me you will lose a customer and I will post what has happened on social media to let others know of the lack of satisfactory service you offer. *Hoping for a positive response.
