I just want a refund of my booking ID ********* for Matabungkay Beach Resort and Hotel in Batangas. I was told upon checked-in that you contacted them since you were not able to run the charges with my Credit Card so I have to pay in cash the whole amount. But now when I received my billing it was billed to me.

The issue in GetHuman-mbihag's own words
I had a booking at Matabungkay Beach and Resort in Batangas. When I checked-in last July *, **** I was told that Agoda called them that when the charged my booking thru your company, my credit card did not run thru so they collected the amount of Php *,*** plus other charges. But now when I received my credit card billing, my booking thru Agoda.com for Matabungkay Beach Resort and Hotel was billed. How can I claim the refund?
I just want to receive a refund.
