Help with my Agoda issue
GetHuman-tomasoro's next move: talk to Agoda when they open.
Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-tomasoro a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Dear Sir*Ma’am,**This is Mr. Tomas Orola. Regarding to hotel reservation I did not receive any booking confirmation to email so I have no idea what are my booking I.Ds. and my booking was double. At first agoda reject my *st booking because the standard twin room is not available amounting P*,***.**, so I book Euro Suite * amounting P****.**. I was shocked because agoda charge me in * bookings. I want to cancel my *nd booking because agoda already charge * bookings to my credit card. I called Eurotel Baguio and ask if what room is confirmed they said the standard twin room is confirmed. Please refund my *nd booking.
