Help with my Agoda issue
What went wrong?

Dear Agoda,*I have on *June** were checking the price for the hong kong dineyland hotel and all of a sudden the hotel that i was looking at is booked and i received the booking confirmation. I was shocked as i did not confirm nor give my credit card reference and did not receive any security code for me to confirm. I was still in malaysia on the *th june **. However i immediately called your customer service and explained to her by the name Nita and she confirmed it shouldn't be a problem as it happen in just a few min ago. I informed her that i needed the booking cancelation soonest to avoid any chargers in my cr card. I also made the cancellation via the customer service phone & also through the manage booking. I have been calling since then many times to talk to your customer service and as usual a very bad customer service which put me on hold for more than ** min. I also did a repeated cancelation thru phn and online. Very regret to see yet my credit card was debited with *RM*,*** ** I need you to refund the whole amount as immediate or will make a police report followed by consumer bureau and file a case on you for giving me a lot of a trouble as my card is also exceeded and bar from my usage yesterday during a purchase. I was also ambarrased because of you. *Strict and serious reminder to resolve or will act upon.
