I had on *.*.**** (I think) made a booking through Agoda, for a hotel room on Hotel Airport International, Mumbai, for **.*.****.**It was made under your 'Pay Later' option and my credit card details were given for the booking, & it was mentioned by you that the Booking details would be sent to my email.**To date I did not receive any email from you in this regard and when I phoned the Hotel to check about my booking, I was informed that there was no record of any booking.**When I phoned Agoda on your No. *************, I am asked to enter my Booking No. (which I have not received), and without it I am unable to even speak to Agoda to clarify.**With all this online booking confusion and also being unable to even telephonically contact Agoda for clarifications, therefore do the following immediately : **PLEASE IMMEDIATELY CANCEL MY BOOKING AND DO NOT TAKE THE BOOKING AMOUNT FROM MY CREDIT CARD RECORDED WITH YOU. **Hope to get some response from you to this email.**ABRAHAM VARUGIS*(Mob: **********)
