Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-bryanik a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-bryanik's own words
We booked a hotel through Agoda. When we checked in Our room smelled really bad so we ended up having to leave and not stay the night. The hotel agreed to give us a full refund since there were no other rooms available. The manager said I would have to get in contact with Agoda in order to get our money back since we booked our room through them. I was able to speak to someone at Agoda the evening of May **th but he said he was not able to get ahold of the hotel manager to confirm the refund. There was supposed to have been a follow up email letting me know what was happening with the refund which I never received. I am not able to in contact with anyone at Agoda now. I have tried their chat which doesnt work, I have emailed them, and I spent about an hour on hold trying to speak with someone.
GetHuman-bryanik did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
