Help with my Agoda issue
GetHuman-ziadserh's next move: talk to Agoda when they open.
Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-ziadserh a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-ziadserh's own words
I did my booking on line with Agoda for a hotel room in best western hotel aeropuerto in Barcelona and I am still arguing my cancelled room which I did not cancel and as you are saying it was cancelled by a mobile App which I do not own.I spoke to the hotel with Ester Sole who told me that the room will be mine if Agoda get in touch with them and admit their mistake and I t will coast them extra ** euros for their mistake. The hotel received the cancelation from Agoda and they are liable for their mistake. The got in touch with Visa and advise me that when the ** days are complete they will lunch a dispute with you and in the meantime I have no room unless Agoda contact the hotel. My booking ID *********. If this is not resolved I would like to have the president email or phone number.
