I made a booking for Hotel Jen Manila in April *, **** for May *-*, **** (* night) and it's confirmed with BOOKING ID ********* it says that in ** mins i will be receiving an email for my confirmation and voucher but until now nothing in my inbox. I have been trying to follow up on this for *th times to no avail. What's disgusting was your CUSTOMER-SERVICE response that for data privacy reason they cannot disclose info to a third party as my email add used to create this booking does not reconcile with my email add. I am not a third party and i did the booking myself with the same email address when i logged in with Agoda and same email address used with my previous hotel bookings. **We will be in delimma if this booking is indeed off, as hotel booking within the area would be challenging, as a nationwide event will be on this date.**Thus, we are solely relying that this booking is on.. my check-in date is gettin close. Hoping for your prompt action on this. Thank you.
I trust that Agoda will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
