I booked for * night for * de luxe room at Jpark waterpark resort mactan, cebu for April **, ****. I used my debit card and found out that I was charged double for the same room. There were * transactions deducted to my account of the same amount. As i checked-in at jpark on that day I was told that agoda only emailed them for * night * room only. They told me to contact agoda to get a refund for an overcharge of * night amounting to *,***.** Php. I have emailed agoda I got no reply for * days now. I contacted their customer service and my load credits gets used up waiting on queue. I need to talk to somebody to make sure I get that amount back because it is quite big and we are using it. thank you.
I trust that Agoda will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
