Apparently the policy has changed. Last year I was told that I had a $***.** deductible that needed to be met and it would apply to the first provider of dental, vision, and hearing. Now this year I have to pay ***% out of my pocket and you will reimburse me....I would like an explanation of just how my dental, vision, hearing works. What my provider was told is that I have no insurance. I have a savings account and I pay ***% and submit my receipts. What if I don't have the money to pay ***% and wait to be reimbursed? I'm not a happy camper with this. This was for a vision claim. How do I want it fixed....I don't want to have to be the one to pay ***% out of my pocket and wait on a reimbursement.

GetHuman-nanckras did not yet indicate what Aetna should do to make this right.
