Hello,
Thank you for your help.
I am currently in India and planning to travel to India in the first week of June. My employer does not offer any medical insurance plans through an insurance provider, so I need to purchase private health insurance from an external marketplace.
I have a question: can we obtain insurance from a private insurance company as soon as we arrive in the USA? Also, my spouse is pregnant; can we buy a policy that covers pregnancy? Please review and let me know.

I have been using Adderall for a few years, but it has been on back order since my last prescription was filled. Now, the pharmacy has it in stock, and they mention that my insurance will now cover it. I am uncertain if this change is due to my request to switch HMOs for health reasons. I should still be covered by my previous insurance until June 1. I am puzzled by this sudden coverage change for my Adderall, as it has always been covered without any problems. Can we please discuss why this has occurred? Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

Today, I received a new ID card in the mail without requesting one. The card lists Oak Street Health as my primary provider, even though they are not. While I did attend a meet and greet at Oak Street Health, I did not inform them of any switch in providers. I am puzzled as to how Aetna sent me this new ID card with Oak Street Health as my primary without my consent. Especially after my information was recently breached. It's frustrating.

Hello Provider Relations Department,
I have been trying to find the correct number to contact your department. As an in-network provider for Aetna, I need to speak with someone in Provider Relations. I have specific queries needing answers:
1. Where do I send a letter to request a reimbursement rate increase?
2. Whom should my letter be addressed to?
3. Please provide me with the address for sending my request. Can I fax or email my request? If so, kindly share the fax number and email address.
I appreciate your help. Despite numerous incorrect phone numbers, I am eager to receive the correct information. Your prompt response is valued.
Best regards,
Pennie M. B.

I am a service provider trying to help a client with Aetna insurance who is having trouble getting reimbursed. Despite Aetna confirming eligibility for reimbursement, the issue seems to be with the telehealth code, which may require a 95 signifier. I have ensured that all other details like the NPI number, service code, and diagnosis code are correct. However, when attempting to contact Aetna for assistance, I am unable to reach a representative as the line disconnects during business hours. I am seeking guidance on what might be missing from the SuperBill so that my client can receive the reimbursement they are entitled to.
