I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a Singapore Airlines premium economy ticket from Hong Kong to Milan and attempted to use my Aeroplan reward miles to upgrade to business class. Despite my ticket allowing for upgrades, I was unable to do so as the flight was not available for upgrade. Can someone assist me in solving this issue? I would appreciate guidance on how to utilize my Aeroplan rewards for an upgrade, or an explanation as to why upgrades are not permitted in this case.

After entering my credit card information, the system indicates it can't process it, advising me to contact the call center. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have faced long waits exceeding 60 minutes with disconnections occurring, including a particular call disconnecting after 33 minutes today. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I expect better service from your company. I aim to book a direct flight departing on Jan 10 at 6:30 AM and returning on Jan 13 at 19:25. During the recent sale, the cost was 24,[redacted] miles, which I failed to secure despite numerous accurate attempts due to the redeem error. Presently, the flights have increased to 32,[redacted] miles, and I insist on the lower price due to the technical difficulties on your end. I am looking to book a return flight from Sandspit, BC to Terrace, BC via Vancouver, BC, as there are no direct flights available. Aeroplan is not showing any connecting flights for this route. I can book separate return flights from Sandspit to Vancouver or Vancouver to Terrace individually, but this will require double the points. Is there a way for me to book this itinerary as one round-trip flight?

My reference number is N4RGZR. There seems to be an issue with my return flight. Initially, I was scheduled to fly from Melbourne to Beijing, then Beijing to Montreal. However, the Beijing to Montreal portion got canceled. Aeroplan re-routed me from Beijing to Chicago, then to Montreal, but there seems to have been a mistake as now my flight is to Toronto. I actually live outside Montreal. I urgently need assistance since I depart tomorrow. I have already spent over an hour on hold with Aeroplan. You can reach me at [redacted]

I forgot the login details for our old account, including the password and associated email or home address. Both my husband and I had new Aeroplan accounts issued, with physical cards received. Despite setting up online logins with new information, merging the new account with the old one resulted in the new account becoming invalid, and the old one reactivating. I am now unable to log in online or use my points for an upcoming trip. Should I attempt to register a new account again? I'm having trouble canceling my flight online, as the booking number isn't being recognized. Additionally, a representative assured me a call back three days ago to confirm my granddaughter's infant ticket for her flight, but I never received the call. I've spent over 2 hours on hold listening to the monotonous music your company plays repeatedly - it's truly unbearable. I'm disappointed with the service provided.

I am having trouble with my account. I have tried multiple times to resolve it through the website, but the prompts were not helpful. I also had to wait on hold for over 40 minutes twice, which is frustrating. I have accounts with TD, including a TD Aeroplan card. I cannot find my Aeroplan number, and the email linked to my account belongs to someone else. I really need immediate access to my account.

I realized that my Aeroplan points expired, even though I flew with Air Canada on April 2 and 9, [redacted]. When I try to enter these flights on the missing points page, it says they are not eligible for points, which I disagree with. This was not explained to me previously, or I would have taken action to prevent my points from expiring. Please reinstate my Aeroplan points according to the program rules. I have been on the phone for 50 minutes trying to reach someone about my account as my miles will expire on December 18. I made online purchases with the Bay on Saturday, December 14, [redacted], and another purchase sometime in January [redacted] for a gold Guess watch. Additionally, I donated miles to Vets Without Borders and registered these activities online. None of these transactions are showing up. It has now been 60 minutes and I still have not received any assistance. This level of service is disappointing and not what I am used to with my Qatar Privilege Card. I have had better experiences in the past with Aeroplan. I hope to get some help soon.

I recently made a booking for my wife Teresa Evans and daughter Adrienne Evans with booking reference UCOGWX. However, on the booking details, my wife's name appeared as Teresa Vans. The flights are from St. Johns NL at 6PM on January 2nd, and departing from Toronto on January 5th at 10AM to return to NL. I had 47,[redacted] Aeroplan points and needed 50,[redacted] points for the return flight, so I purchased an additional 2,[redacted] points. After entering my visa information, there was a message indicating one more step was needed to finalize the transaction. I waited for over an hour, but when I refreshed the page, my points were gone without the tickets being purchased. I have been on hold for a total of more than three hours without assistance. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated.

I was charged for a flight on December 13th, but according to the Aeroplan website, the transaction did not go through as I received an error message. There is no record of the transaction in my Aeroplan account. I have already booked the flight through Air Canada. I kindly request Aeroplan to reverse the charge of $8,[redacted].11 on my Visa card due to the failed transaction. If necessary, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter over the phone.

My sister and I had booked a flight from Moncton to Los Cabos departing on January 13. We recently received notification that the itinerary has been changed to include an overnight stay in Toronto, which we are not comfortable with. I need some help with my Aeroplan reservation. My Aeroplan number is [redacted]44. Originally, our flight was booked for January 13 from MONCTON NB to Los Cabos Mexico on AC# [redacted]. However, the itinerary has been changed, and we are now scheduled to depart on January 12 with booking reference number UDU2AL. This change is unacceptable, as we need to stick to our original flight. We are requesting a refund as this change was not authorized by us.

I booked a ticket for Seymour Eisenberg; however, he uses his middle name Percy on his passport, which was not reflected on the ticket issued by Aeroplan. Our Aeroplan points, totaling [redacted],[redacted], expired after one year of inactivity. These points were acquired through a discontinued credit card and were transferred to a regular Aeroplan account, which subjected them to expiry. Unfortunately, we did not receive any prior notice about the impending expiration of our miles. The points were not accumulated under the standard terms and conditions of a basic Aeroplan account. It is disheartening to lose such a significant value without warning, especially considering the annual fee we paid for the CIBC Aerogold Visa, subsequently acquired by TD.

I've been waiting on the 1-[redacted] line for over an hour and a half. I keep trying to book online, providing my Visa details, but I keep getting an error message about not being able to redeem miles. Since my husband's passing, I need to update my Aeroplan account to separate it from his E-mail address and associate it with my new credit card. My Aeroplan number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. The online system is giving me an error saying my new E-mail address is invalid, making it impossible for me to complete the update. I prefer speaking to a real person as I am struggling with resolving this issue on my own. My husband, Roar George Fossum, passed away on May 22, [redacted]. I am his beneficiary and the Executrix of his Estate. I would like to transfer his Aeroplan miles to my son, Leif Fossum, who is also an Aeroplan member. Leif is planning a trip to Europe in [redacted] and wishes to use these miles to take his father's ashes back to Norway for burial with his parents. I am looking forward to your response.
