Help with my Aeroplan issue

Aeroplan states if you haven't used your account since September that we have to re-set our passwords and to click on the help button. You click on the help button and follow the prompts only to be left at the "continue" button with nothing happening.*Is this a technical hitch? If so Aeroplan needs to communicate this. Also why is there no email address by which you can contact Aeroplan. Also why when you call into Aeroplan to try and talk to someone and you're asked for your information does the automated system say the information inputted does not match the account and then asks you to re-enter the information only to be told again it doesn't match. Incredibly frustrating and extremely poor customer service. Could Aeroplan make it anymore difficult?
