Case ***********I returned a pair of defectice NMD sneakers and they were shipped to your facility on ******* from the label customet service provided. It is now ********* and I have still now recieved my electronic gift card that over ** customer service agents have told me that I should have already recieved. Everytime I speak with a rep, I get a new time frame and each one passes the buck. I an never afforded the oppurtunity to speak with a supervisor and am told that I have to call back. Each call consist of a lon wait time for the new agent to review case notes from previous rep. I then get the excuse that I am on the list and should receive following week. The week arrives and nothing. I call again and same thing over and over. This is has been on going to over * months and just want resolution to this to I can recieve my credit and move on. Customer service is absolutely horribe and procedures to ensure a reasonable producted refund. I will never recommend or shop with your company after this incident.
