I asked one of your staff to find me the unit I needed. BANG- a return email within a day specifying the unit. Then, using her link, I ordered it. Credit card refused. Nope, sufficient funds, works elsewhere. So I decided to try again. A second unit was added to my cart. Nope, only want one. No obvious or intuitive way to change the number of units ordered. A phone number? Nope, you don't use'em. I really want this unit, but you've created something of a house of mirrors...
