my internet seems to be cutting out. My phone calls from many people who I call cut out and at times fail. Their connection is not the problem. At one point I was told I should get in touch to get a new extender and that there had been a problem. I did not do so, since I was not having internet problems. I am not sure if I need a new modem*router or extender or both. Also at the time of installation of both, I was told that the speed was the fastest and now it is not. I would like an appointment for a service person to come out to determine the problem.*I will await a call
