I have to travell on immergency basis to my Country India b*c of My Father Passed away.so that in this hard situation was trying be connected with my family here have requested to att customer service to educate me for international day pass . as a conclusion & as per your rep. advise i have decided to use & activate internation day pass. to avoid any future conflicts i have asked & took confirmation from you rep. that because of i am your primium member & having my original plan unlimited data i do not have to pay any data charges outside US. **I have never have any issue with customer service & billing in past & as a No * brand we trust AT & T blindly so that i have set up auto pay a*c. *Now i just got the chance to verify my last bill paid $ *** i was not aspecting this much , after checking in details, i have found that i was over charged for $*** for international data for only ** hrs within that travelling time in flight. * so i have called to customer service. this afternoon.* *. after briefing my issue rep. transferred to supervisor**, after briefing supervisor, he tr to account manager**. account manager asked me to give a time to resolved & committed me to call back*after * hr he called me back & he addressed that this charged has been wrongly charged & need to resolve this issue & he has approved but due to i have combined bill a*c he need approval for other manager too so**. he transferred to combined billing manager**. that manager told me that b*c it is an international charge issue **. she transferred to international manager**. after discussing again with that manager he told me that he is not international manager**. transferred me to another international charge manager**.* that person said i am not right person & never tr my call but put me on hold for more than ** min*finally after * hrs i hang up or disconnected the line.* I am feeling like i am being cheated misrepresented.* $ *** charge is totally wrongly charged on the top of my international day pass that i am paying.*Requesting you help me to resolve this issue & if you need any docs or flying ticket details i can provide all to you.*awaiting you favorable reply*Thanking you*Dipesh Bhavsar
