I have an iPhone ** XR and I want to upgrade my device, however, every time I attempt to upgrade my device AT&T tells me that I'm not eligible due to too many account suspensions due to non-payment. I pay an extra $* on my bill every month for The AT&T "Next Up" Program *whereby when I've paid off **% of my device (On a ** Month installment Plan) I'm eligible to upgrade my device for a new one of my choosing. One of the representatives said that I wouldn't be eligible to upgrade my device until February **th, ****, then yesterday I spoke to * different representatives and they both told me August **th,****. When I asked how many account suspensions is a customer allowed to accrue no one knew, however they offered to override the none eligibility restriction on my account so that I could upgrade. to rectify this problem I wanna be able to upgrade my device today!!!!!!!
