I have not received the *** dollar credit for my trade in and also have been charged for devices i don’t have. My bill went up ** dollars to *** dollars after paying the *** dollar tax and **.** upgrade fee. We wanted to upgrade my wife's phone as well but need this fixed. My bill is due amd i need to pay it. I have tried for weeks calling everyday and being on hold for over an hour amd then i have to hang up. I don’t want the virus so going out is very limited. My wife and i are in our **’s. I have been unable to speak with anyone for a month. Please call me.
