I'm trying to live my life and want it back to normal ... One week ago today I lost electricity for * *** - * days due to the wild fires in Northern California. Out on Oct. **th, restored Oct. **th. I lost internet, TV and landline phone. Today is Nov *nd and AT&T has still not restored my internet, TV and landline. WHY? It should not take * days to fix this. PLEASE restore my services ASAP. When I call tech support all I get is "we're working on it". But nobody tells me what really happened and why service has not been restored. What is the problem? Will seriously consider dropping at&t and sign up with Comcast.
This is frustrating and maddening because no one can give me an answer as to why it's taking so long to repair and get my service back. it should not take * days or longer.
Get me my internet, TV and landline up and running.
