I'm trying to get the $** account credit that I was promised by customer service. ... I called AT&T customer service on ***** because my bill went up by $**. I was told that my account credit had ended, and if I called back after Nov *st, that it would be reinstated. The agent entered a note into my account stating this. When I called back on Nov *st, I was told that I had been misinformed and there would be no credit. I think AT&T should do the right thing and honor what their Customer Service agent promised.
I have spent over an hour on the phone only to be transferred around and placed on hold.
I would like the $***mo account credit that I was promised by customer service.
Loyal customer, always pay my bill on time.
