Please help as soon as possible, we have a utility pole in our alley that is dangerously leaning and moves daily. We have contacted Encor numerous times and finally after a long wait they say it is a AT&T pole. It has a transformer on it and lots of wires, the garbage truck has hit it numerous times and therefore has caused the internal part of the pole to be compromised. Huge chucks of wood have been taken out of it. The new pole is next to it and also has been damaged by the wood flying off the old pole when hit. It is a real security issue for our home and neighbors. Please give this immediate attention. Cindy Zwick **** W Beverly Dr. Dallas, Texas *****
