ATT Uverse the number on the bill is not the number? I get passed around for hours. Around and around and around. My bill is all of a sudden double. I called and spoke to somone who lowered my bill and took away all the old movies I never watched anyway not classics. I call today to pay my bill and nothing has changed nothing has been documented or implemented. I am not going to pay double. I have many accounts and will not pay an arm a leg and hands to watch regular news channels. I don't have time to wait all day speak to someone who essentially just pacified me and did absolutely zero zilch ......
