my internet account, back in december my phone account got combined with my daughter's internet account without my consent or knowledge, i have been a customer of AT&T since ****. after many phone calls i finally got someone in the phone department that knew how to help me she was very knowledgeable and was able to help me so the phone was uncombined and a new account number was issued, but the internet was still showing that is was combined with my phone bill and i had a outstanding balance of ***.** which is the phone bill i paid in february. i have spent countless hours on the phone with the internet department transfer several times. and now my internet has been suspended because if the unpaid balance of the phone bill that was paid in february i have paid the internet bill it is current. it was paid in january and february and march it seems like i can not get anybody in the internet department to help me i also have a ticket id ****** i am really upset with AT&t Anita Castle ***-***-**** passcode ****
