I have the $** prepaid, unlimited, premium monthly plan on my LG Phoenix *... which I think is **** to even have to have, because the $** plan I'd been using for TWO YEARS worked just fine...... when it had a hotspot... thanks for not telling your customers that it didn't have one anymore, at&t, and for making us pay nearly double the price to get our hotspot back. Only.... mine ***** an over worked outsourced tech support agent's... nevermind. **Anyway... I get this plan because I literally NEED the hotspot in my home, and ever since I was forced to switch to the $** "Unlimited Premium" (yeah, right) monthly plan, I have been paying $** more... for less. Streams buffer so much it's painful. And if you want to watch anything, it's basically sentence by sentence, through the buffering. Five minutes of buffering, character says a sentence, five minutes of buffering... you get it. (I freaking hope!) **This month, I paid for my plan manually, two days early, and didn't let it go through autopay as I usually do. I got nothing for a hotspot. And I mean nothing. Barely a word gets through before more buffering. This is AWFUL! And terrible service on your part.**The way I would like to have this resolved is by getting either * months of completely free and completely unlimited (no **GB data cap) hotspot data, or to be refunded completely for this month's plan ($**), yet still keep my plan this month. AT&T needs to fix these hotspot issues pronto! I'm sure I'm not the only one having trouble.**Thank you,**Kelly Wallace
