Hello,*Re:***-***-*****Since we made our purchases in November we have been having issues with the new IPhone XS and Apple Watch *. I have spend hours upon hours by phone with AT&T and Apple, I have spent days and hours upon hours at the Apple store, I haven’t been sent back and forth by phone and have drove to different Apple and AT&T stores AT&T blames Apple and Apple blames AT&T, I have been to AT&T multiple times, AT&T representatives have told me so many conflicting things each time I would speak to a new representative they directed me in a different direction it took weeks to get things done constant circles. I have had to wait longer than normal for replacements, one representative said they see my device in transit, the next it’s completely lost and the last representative lied to you etc etc. The phone I currently have still has some of issues and the service is slow and restricted at times which service wise Apple assured me means AT&T needed a to fix something with my account but so far AT&T can’t seem to figure out what that is. I just received a different watch because the other was defective. *Over all the process has been a complete nightmare that hadn’t ended. **I contacted Apple multiple times to find out if the watch and the phone that I currently have is ***% new not repaired, not refurbished , not a model the is lesser in any way the the products any customer will receive if they purchase it in a store. Apple has refused to respond by writing in any form they are vague. I contacted AT&T for assistance multiple times and your representatives and supervisor sent me to Apple which I very specifically told them I did not want I will gladly look for their names if you would like. Since we are paying AT&T for new phones I need AT&T to provide in writing that the iPhone XS and Apple Watch * that I currently have are in fact ***% new not repaired, not refurbished , not a model the is lesser in any way the the products any customer will receive if they purchase it in a store because the products were defective upon my receival and I made both companies aware right away and multiple times. If AT&T cannot provide assurance from Apple in writing that the devices are in fact ***% new not repaired, not refurbished , not a model the is lesser in any way than the products any customer will receive if they purchase it in a store I request a significant discount that reflects that the devices aren’t *** new not repaired etc in accordance with what was stated above because we are paying for new devices and the fact that they were defective is beyond our control.**I would also like my account to be fixed.**I am also requesting an overall discount for the trouble that we have had. Never should it be so difficult and over such an expansive period of time. I’m very busy and I’ve lost a great deal of time over it all , missed appointments , we have been extremely stressed etc etc.
