My son got a new phone from you. Sent because his other one broke. So with the insurance you sent him one in Sept ****. Now his phone has been deactivated. Saying stolen phone. I talked to a great lady today. But problem not solved. I am away and now I can't get a hold of my son. He can't even call out. I pray nothing happens. My daughter even called att too. Totally disgusted. I have been over charged for how long. Now this. I think I need to get a different service. We even have direct tv. And the internet *****. Constant problems.
