I ordered an upgrade on Christmas and fedex and att sent me a email saying it was delivered at **:**am Dec **th* but I have received nothing. Ive spoken woth several att reps and i have been getting the run around when all I need to do is file an escalation and report the phone stolen or missing. One rep said thw phone was put on the black list but none of the other reps can seem to find that service in the notes. I am frustrated and tired of being tossed from one rep to another. I just need to file an escalation, report it stolen or missing, have a lm investigation done, and new one phone reordered and sent out. But this time I would like to request that a signature is required upon delivery or make ot so I can pick the phone up at an att store.
